

Reactive Arcana is an action/exploration dungeon adventure, with an alchemical twist. Creatures, items, and effects experience reactions when brought together, through the gameworld's unique rules of magic. Both the player and creatures in the world can use these reactions to their own benefit. Every situation is a tactical proposition with a huge range of possible outcomes. You can leverage conditions to benefit yourself through magic, or you can fight enemies head-on with sword and bow, Gauntlet-style. The choice is yours.
The game also uses an all-new maze generation system, creating unique and interesting dungeons each time you play, making exploration a core part of the gameplay. This adds even more to combat scenarios -- no two encounters will ever be alike.
Reactive Arcana has been in design and development since Q2 2010. In the next 3 months, we'll be approaching the first playable pre-alpha demos of the game. Stay tuned!
